Ethical & Responsible AI Workshops

Your organization or company may already be using AI but is your team on the same page about how to use it, where to use it, when, and why?

Ethical & Responsible AI Workshops focus on:

The Technical

  • Assessing your current internal AI usage

  • Key considerations for using AI as an organization or company

  • Aligning AI usage to organizational or company values

  • Helping your team to build the framework for an organizational AI policy

The Personal

  • Facilitating difficult conversations to get your team on the same page

  • Determining your team’s capacity for using AI

  • Exploring potential impacts of AI usage in your work

Why do this type of workshop?

  1. Pause and reflect on how to align your AI usage to your values and goals

  2. Strategically plan for using AI moving forward as it, and your usage, evolves

  3. Provide transparency and accountability for your team, customers, and stakeholders

Workshops are:

  • Hands on and interactive

  • An opportunity to gather your team and to jointly reflect and discuss

  • A way to collect honest feedback from your team

Workshops are NOT:

  • A comprehensive review of all things AI

  • A breakdown of how to use AI

  • A push to use AI. The workshops allow space for you to decide whether using AI is right for you.

Workshops are available as a one-off event or a series, depending on your needs. Pricing varies.

Note:

Ethical AI is more philosophical and focuses on abstract principles, such as fairness and privacy. It also examines broader societal and environmental implications.

Responsible AI focuses more on how AI is being used, such as issues related to accountability, transparency, and compliance.
