The XYZ Workforce: Building Trust Across Generations

There are currently four generations in the workforce, with a fifth about to join. How can we ensure smooth transitions and continued workplace efficacy?

When each new generation enters the workforce, there are always shifts and evolutions in our ways of working. As we blend new and old values and ideals with different communication and learning styles, discord often emerges.

Come hear from speakers of three generations (The XYZ Workforce) on how to build intergenerational trust. We’ll dive into what trust in the workplace means at different stages of a career and for different ages, and how fostering that trust improves cooperation at all levels.

What to Expect

Join The XYZ Workforce: Beth Stolarick, Executive Coach and Founder of Prism Leadership Partners, Rebecca Justus, Ethical Leadership Advisor & Coach, and Cameron Benton, Executive Recruiter & Business Development Manager, for a roundtable discussion on building trust across generations within the workplace. Each speaker will provide their perspective as a member of a different generation (Gen X, Y, and Z).

The three speakers bring global expertise across the fields of talent and leadership development, human resources, and equity and inclusion. In addition, all three served or are serving on the Board of Directors of EcoWomen.

This will be an interactive event with opportunity for attendees to weigh in, as well as time at the end for a live Q&A.

Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of:

  • What trust in the workplace means for different generations

  • How to build intergenerational trust and cooperation in the workplace

  • The perspectives of leaders from three generations
